Live coding: WebGL shaders, rasters and symbols
2021-09-29, 16:00–17:00, Bariloche

A live coding session on WebGL graphics manipulation: abstract shaders, pixel manipulation on multisample rasters, and "classic" GIS map symbols.

This would be a live coding session, not a traditional workshop - audience is not required (nor expected!) to follow along.

Iván has been a web developer and FLOSS advocate since the early 2000s; then he bought a GPS receiver and got involved in OpenStreetMap and OSGeo. He’s worked with nautical charts, indoor positioning, USB microcontrollers, LibreOffice, multispectral rasters, all of it with unhealthy amounts of Javascript.
